I-9Automation for SAP Customers
The employee's complete
information is stored in sap. When an employee to be verified, with all the
required details of the employee hit RFC. Net Connector from sap to exchange
the data between sap and .Net we use RFC connectors as shown in the figure.
The RFC Net Connector then hits the SSA or DHS office whichever is required and get the responses from them and send those responses to the o/p table of the RFC into SAP. Depending up on those responses further verification is done, for further verification of the employee this process is repeated until the final conclusion is reached i.e. employee authorized (or) terminated (or) request for further information. For each time of verification we get a response code of '0', which means the verification is carried successfully.

Process:
The Employer Web Site is used by the employer's authorized users to Verify I-9's; re-verify I-9's, view and print I-9's for internal and external access reports. The employer can automate the administration of the service through file transfers and/or use the online administration features.
