As you see above the Smart App. Server works in conjunction with other products from MUDIAM integrated and seamless way. 
Enables your SAP^® system communicates with payment gateways for real time processing of payment cards and credit cards. This component is the bridge that communicates with your SAP^® system and the Payment Gateway Processor. 

This product performs as a conduit for authorizations, settlements, credit memos, void, reversals, charge backs and many other credit card transaction types integrating your SAP^® system with Credit Card Processing system in an amazingly integrated and secure way.

This Application server is so smart it can automate real time processing of more than 20 leading payment gateways. It's also compatible with many versions of SAP^® including R/3, ECC 5 and ECC 6, CRM, Business By Design and other SAP^® sub-modules. 
Middleware Smart App server works in conjunction with our MUDIAM Token Server. Your SAP^® system will work in an integrated seamless way communicating via token numbers obtained from Token Server and communicating with this Application Server.

The MUDIAM On Cloud Reporting Portal works in conjunction with this Application Server to provide extensive transactions reporting, data analytics.

MUDIAM On-Cloud Processing and Reporting Portal

 

Our reporting portal enables the customers view data from the perspective of live transactions happening in their SAP^® system. Customers can view many reports including authorizations, settlements, failed transactions, voids and many more. 

Customers can also download the transactions data into many formats including PDF, Excel, CSV, XML formats so that they can import into their post processing reports or for historical purposes. 

Our data analytics on the transactions data will help customer understand the volume of transactions, what-if scenarios to have more perspective into the day-to-day processing of payment cards and credit cards in their SAP^® system.

Like in any virtual terminal offered by many leading payment gateway(s), customer will be able to authorize and settle payment cards payments from within their On Cloud software application over the web portal.

Our dashboard console will help customer understand the real-time metrics of transactions volume, speed of processing and health check of various components like connectivity to payment gateway as well as SAP system. 

Note: Our dashboard will have information pertaining to transactions metrics, reports, data analysis and insightful perspectives on the volume of the data.
